Go within on a relaxing healing journey to redirect and rejuvenate your cells so that you will feel refreshed, healthy and whole. After a deep breathing exercise intended to raise your vibrational level at the cellular level, you will journey within and dialogue with your cells, receiving guidance to assist you in your healing process.

The complete meditation is in two parts, so when you have finished part 1 of the meditation, continue to on track 2. After completing both parts of the meditation, you are encouraged to listen to the musical meditations, included as tracks 3-9, as you reflect on and write down your answers to the questions posed during the meditation.

Karen Biehl studied with former Metropolitan Opera star Thomas Hayward before completing her master’s degree at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
